H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi , Crown prince of Ajman & Chairman of the Executive Council stressed importance of measuring the customer satisfaction, which is a real index for evaluating performance of the government agencies and their services.
H.H. said “We are continuously monitoring the performance and development of the electronic government services and look forward to expanding their use. We have been exerting our best efforts and utilizing all our potentials to provide the customers with easy and simplified services and simplify the procedures that can be implemented using electronic systems without the hassle of moving in order to save time, raise the efficiency of the service delivery process and improve its effectiveness to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
H.H. delivered these statements while reviewing results of the survey on the customer satisfaction with the government E. services for 2020 conducted by Ajman Statistics & Competitiveness Center for 11 government and private agencies related to more than 100 services.
