عمار النعيمي يطلق الخرائط التفاعلية لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية "مبادرة الماكرو إلى الميزو"

أطلق سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي ولي عهد إمارة عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي مع مركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية بحضور الشيخ راشد بن حميد النعيمي رئيس دائرة البلدية والتخطيط وسعادة الدكتور المهندس سعيد سيف المطروشي الأمين العام للمجلس التنفيذي مبادرة "الخرائط التفاعلية" وهي إحدى مبادرات تعداد عجمان من المايكرو إلى الميزو والتي أعلن عنها في عام 2017 والتي تهدف إلى الانتقال بتجهيز ونشر واستخدام بيانات إمارة عجمان من الوضع الكلي "الماكرو" إلى الوضع الوسطي "الميزو" والذي يتمثل بتوفير الإحصاءات والبيانات والمؤشرات على مستوى المجتمعات المحلية مما يتيح إجراء مقارنات بين المجتمعات المحلية والأحياء داخل المدينة الواحدة أو بين مدن ومناطق الإمارة.
وجاءت هذه المبادرة تحقيقا للأهداف الاستراتيجية لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية والتي هي بناء منظومة ادارة البيانات وتعزيز مستوى الأداء في التقارير التنافسية وتطوير المنتجات المعرفية وبناء نظام إحصائي متكامل يهدف إلى إتاحة الوصول لكافة البيانات الإحصائية وذلك تعزيزاً لمبدأ الانفتاح والشفافية التي ينتهجها المركز في وقت أصبحت فيه البيانات الإحصائية مقياس لتقدم الدول كما أنها تعتبر الأداة الضرورية لاتخاذ القرارات السليمة في رسم السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتنموية ومصدرا أساسيا لتوجيه ورسم الخطط والبرامج الحكومية.
كما توفر المبادرة إمكانية متابعة التطور العمراني والديموغرافي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي وإبراز المناطق التي تحتاج إلى تدخلات لمساواتها بباقي المناطق المحلية إضافةً إلى توفير عدد من المؤشرات والبيانات التي تعبر عن واقع السكان والاقتصاد في إمارة عجمان بالإضافة إلى الظروف البيئية والخدمية التي يعيشون فيها.
وكشفت الدكتورة هاجر سعيد الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية عن إطلاق خريطة تفاعلية على الموقع الإلكتروني لمركز الاحصاء والتنافسية لعرض المؤشرات الإحصائية على هيئة خرائط موضوعية ورسومات بيانية قابلة للتخصيص الأمر الذي سيتناسب مع احتياجات المستخدمين المختلفة على مستوى المناطق الجغرافية لإمارة عجمان وكمرحلة أولى تم الانتهاء من بيانات تعداد إمارة عجمان لعام 2017 وسيتم تحديث الأدوات بشكل مستمر بإضافة المزيد من البيانات والمؤشرات في المستقبل القريب.
وأضافت الدكتورة الحبيشي أن المركز يقدم أيضا عددا من الأدوات التفاعلية لعرض البيانات الصادرة عنه بطرق مختلفة مثل الجداول البيانية ولوحات المؤشرات وغيرها لتسهيل الحصول على المعلومات لكافة المناطق الجغرافية التجميعية نطاق المنطقة والحي والقطاع إضافة الى المدينة.
وبينت أن هذه المؤشرات ستوضح الفروقات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية بين مختلف مناطق الإمارة لإتاحة الفرصة أمام اصحاب القرار والمخططين من كافة الاختصاصات لوضع الخطط والبرامج والاستراتيجيات التي ستحسن الظروف المعيشية للسكان إضافةً إلى تسهيل مهمة صناع القرار في الإمارة باتخاذ القرارات الهادفة إلى تحسين جودة الحياة على المدى الطويل
أطلق " مركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية " مشروع المسوح الاقتصادية الربعية و السنوية لعام 2018 للعمل الإحصائي لتوفير قواعد بيانات اقتصادية تساعد صناع القرار على اتخاذ قراراتهم وفق المعطيات في أرض الواقع.
يعتبر المشروع من المشاريع الإحصائية المهمة التي من شأنها الإسهام في تطوير العمل الاحصائي من خلال توفير بيانات و إطار حديث للمنشآت الاقتصادية العاملة في الاقتصاد بدرجة عالية من الدقة والشمول و وفقا للمعايير الدولية المعتمدة .
و تغطي البيانات التي يتم استيفاؤها الخصائص الرئيسية والضرورية لجميع المنشآت الاقتصادية وتسهم في توفير المعلومات الضرورية التي تعكس أعداد المنشآت حسب توزيعها الجغرافي ووفق النشاط الاقتصادي.
ويعنى " مشروع المسوح الاقتصادية السنوي " بتغطية المنشآت الاقتصادية العاملة و أنشطة اقتصادية عدة تشمل قطاعات الصناعة وتجارة الجملة والتجزئة والتشييد والبناء وقطاع النقل والمواصلات والقطاع المالي والتأمين إضافة إلى الخدمات بهدف الحصول على بيانات عن حجم العمالة وقيم الإنتاج وحساب القيمة المضافة والتكوين الرأسمالي للقطاعات والأنشطة الاقتصادية.
وسيتم تنفيذ هذه المسوح بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الهيئة الاتحادية للتنافسية والإحصاء وذلك ضمن مشاريع الأجندة الوطنية للمسوح الاحصائية المتخصصة التي تستهدف المنشآت الاقتصادية في الإمارة.
وقالت الدكتورة هاجر سعيد الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للتنافسية و الإحصاء إن المسوح الاقتصادية تأتي مواكبة للنشاط المتنامي بالإمارة والذي يتطلب وجود خطط قائمة على بيانات احصائية تفصيلية ذات جودة و موثوقية عالية لتعزيز تنافسية الإمارة في شتى المجالات التنموية وفقا لأهداف ومحاور رؤية عجمان 2021.
و أضافت إن " مركز عجمان للإحصاء " سينفذ المسوح الاقتصادية باسلوب المعاينة .. مشيرة إلى أن حجم العينة سيبلغ 3500 منشأة اقتصادية لكل من المسوح الربعية و السنوية موزعة على جميع الأنشطة الاقتصادية في الإمارة وفي مختلف مناطق و أحياء امارة عجمان وستمتد مرحلة النزول الميداني لمدة شهرين.
ويتضمن المسح جمع البيانات بشكل مباشر من المنشآت الاقتصادية وفقا للإجراءات المعيارية المعتمدة في المركز والتي تتناسب مع المعايير الدولية الخاصة بالنموذج العام لأعمال العمليات الإحصائية .. على أن يتم تدقيقها من قبل المراقبين والمشرفين الذين تم اختيارهم و تأهيلهم بناء على اعتبارات مهنية.
