عقدت لجنة استمرارية الأعمال اجتماعها الثالث عن بعد برئاسة سعادة اللواء الشيخ سلطان بن عبد الله النعيمي قائد عام شرطة عجمان ورئيس لجنة استمرارية الأعمال في عجمان، وحضور أعضاء اللجنة من رؤساء الدوائر الحكومية المحلية في إمارة عجمان، لمناقشة الجهود الموحدة للحفاظ على صحة وسلامة أفراد المجتمع وضمان استمرارية العمل وكفاءته، ودعم جهود الدولة الوقائية في مكافحة فيروس كورونا (كوفيد 19) ومنع انتشاره.
تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة الإجراءات الداعمة لسلامة وصحة توصيل الأطعمة للمنازل وعليه تقرر تشكيل لجنة مشتركة بين شرطة عجمان ودائرة البلدية والتخطيط بعجمان للتدقيق على ضوابط واشتراطات الصحة والسلامة، ليتم السماح لشركات التوصيل الملتزمة بالعمل أثناء الفترة المحددة للتعقيم الوطني شريطة الحصول على تصريح من خلال التقدم بطلب إلى قسم الصحة في دائرة البلدية والتخطيط.
كما ناقش الاجتماع تطبيق معايير مواصفة استمرارية الأعمال في المؤسسات وأثرها الإيجابي في تعزيز الجودة ودعم استمرارية الأداء بالشكل الأمثل، وأوصى سعادة رئيس اللجنة بتشكيل فرق عمل في كل مؤسسة حكومية بعجمان لتطبيق الاجراءات الداعمة تمهيدا لحصول جميع المؤسسات الحكومية في الإمارة على مواصفة استمرارية الأعمال.
ومن خلال الاجتماع استعرض سعادة قائد عام شرطة عجمان التدابير الوقائية والاحترازية التي تم اتخاذها بحيث تتواءم وتدعم إجراءات استمرارية الاعمال في الامارة، من حيث عمليات تعقيم سكنات العمال في الامارة، والتدابير الاحتياطية لعمليات نقل العمال، إضافة إلى تطبيق عملية تقييد حركة المركبات أثناء عملية التعقيم وتنظيم الدخول بالمركبات إلى الامارة والخروج منها دون إعاقة تنقل الفئات المستثناة في القطاع الطبي والمؤسسات الهامة والقطاعات الحيوية المحددة، ودون التأثير على اقتصاد الإمارة والدولة، إلى جانب متابعة تطبيق التباعد الجسدي في جميع المواقع، ومنع الاختلاط والتجمعات وإصدار مخالفات عدم تطبيق الإجراءات الوقائية المقررة كارتداء الكمامات والالتزام بما لايزيد عن 3 أشخاص في المركبة وغيرها، ودعما لهذه لإجراءات المتخذة في مواجهة الأزمة الحالية أصدرت اللجنة توصية بإعداد خطة استراتيجية مشتركة متكاملة لاستمرارية الأعمال، إضافة إلى ضرورة تحديد منسقين من كل مؤسسة حكومية لتعزيز وتطوير خطط مواجهة الأزمة الحالية والأوبئة والازمات والكوارث المستقبلية بما يضمن ويدعم استمرار الأداء وإنجاز الأعمال دون توقف على مستوى القطاعات والجهات المختلفة في الإمارة.

Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, praised Ajman’s attainment of the ISO certification for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainability. His Highness emphasized that the Emirate's adoption of the new ISO standard reflects its commitment to providing a modern urban environment aligned with the highest global standards, achieving a balance between economic, social, and environmental development.
