جاء ذلك خلال مراسم تسليم الشهادة عبر الاتصال المرئي مع الدكتورة باتريشيا مكارني رئيسة المجلس العالمي لبيانات المدن - الذي يتخذ كندا مقرا له - وذلك بحضور الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن حميد النعيمي رئيس دائرة التنمية السياحية والشيخ حميد بن عمار النعيمي وسعادة الدكتور سعيد سيف المطروشي الأمين العام للمجلس التنفيذي وعدد من الشيوخ ومدراء العموم وكبار المسؤولين في الإمارة.
وقال سموه إن حكومة عجمان حققت إنجازاً جديداً يضاف إلى سجل إنجازاتها بحصولها على شهادة الآيزو في بيانات المدن .
وأعلن سموه عن تقدم إمارة عجمان للحصول على شهادتي آيزو وهما " شهادة آيزو المدن المرنة " و "شهادة آيزو المدن الذكية" بحيث تكون ضمن أوائل المدن بالعالم التي تطمح للحصول على ثلاث مواصفات عالمية.
واستمع من سعادة الدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية إلى شرح َواف حول رحلة الإمارة في قياس المؤشرات ضمن المنهجية المعتمدة، موضحة أهمية تعاون الجهات المحلية والاتحادية والخاصة ودورها في توفير المؤشرات الرئيسية والداعمة.
ويأتي الحصول على هذه الشهادة بعد تطبيق المواصفات القياسية في نظام قياس مؤشرات جودة أداء المدن في مختلف الجوانب الاقتصادية والتنموية والحضرية والصحية بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بمنهجية القياس المعتمدة لدى المنظمة الدولية المعنية بعرض المؤشرات عبرمنصة البيانات العالمية للمدن.
وأكد سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي أن إحراز المرتبة البلاتينية تعني أن إمارة عجمان تمكنت من جمع البيانات الخاصة بمعظم المؤشرات ووفق المنهجية التي نصت عليها معايير المواصفة وتمكنت بجدارة من تزويد المنظمة ببيانات لأكثر من 90 مؤشراً.
وأشاد بدور المركز وتعاون الجهات الحكومية المحلية والاتحادية والخاصة في الحصول على هذه الشهادة العالمية وأهمية المهام التي يضطلع بها المركز في دعم صناع القرار مما يساهم في تعزيز التصنيف العالمي للإمارة في العديد من الإحصائيات الدولية كمؤشرات التنافسية وجودة الحياة وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات الجديدة المتخصصة ورفع مستوى التبادل المعرفي والخبرات وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية في مجال البيانات والمؤشرات وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات العالمية في جوانب الخدمات العامة واتخاذ القرارات السليمة في التخطيط التنموي وقد حقق المركز العديد من الشهادات و الجوائز وهذه الشهادة تعتبر واحدة من أهم الشهادات المعترف بها عالميا .
من جانبها قالت الدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي أن ما تحقق من إنجاز هو ثمرة جهود كافة الشركاء والجهات والمؤسسات للارتقاء بالعمل وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في كافة أوجه ومجالات العمل والحياة، مشيرة إلى أن الجهود كثفت لمواءمة ومواكبة متطلبات المواصفات العالمية مع أنظمة العمل المؤسسي لرفع مستوى الأداء والارتقاء بالأنظمة المطبقة لبناء نظام إداري يضمن وجود علاقات تعاون فعالة وناجحة مع الشركاءبما يحقق المنفعة المتبادلة للجميع.
وأشادت بفريق عمل الحكومة الطموح والذي عمل يداً بيد للوصول للهدف المنشود واستطاع اجتياز كافة مراحل التقييم بجدارة.
هذا ويساعد المجلس العالمي للمدن WCCD المجتمعات على تبني بيانات المدن الموحدة والتي تم التحقق منها بشكل مستقل للمقارنة عالميا مع مدن أخرى وفقا لمقاييس عالمية موحدة لاتخاذ قرارات تعتمد على البيانات بشأن الإدارة والتخطيط والاستثمار ومراقبة التقدم والنتائج من أجل أن تكون المدن أكثر استدامة وأمانا ومرونة وازدهارا.
وتشمل المواصفة القياسية "آيزو 37120" لمؤشرات المدن المستدامة وجودة الحياة 104مؤشرات وتغطي 19 موضوعا رئيسا تشمل معظم القطاعات المرتبطة بالتنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات المحلية وتضم المرافق العامة والتعليم والصحة والإسكان والتخطيط الحضري والنقل والاقتصاد والطاقة والبيئة والأمن والترفيه والحوكمة والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ وإدارة الأزمات والكوارث وقد انضمت إمارة عجمان إلى أكثر من 100 مدينة حول العالم و التي تستعرض بياناتها ومؤشراتها الحضرية على المنصة العالمية.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز استكمالا لمسيرة الريادة والإنجازات التي تنتهجها حكومة عجمان في هذا المجال وتسعى جاهدة لتطبيق أفضل الممارسات الإدارية العالمية كما وتسعى لبناء شراكات وعلاقات تعاونية متينة ومثمرة في كافة المجالات وفتح آفاق التنسيق المتبادل مع الجميعمن خلال تبني إطار عمل معتمد دوليا يخدم تحقيق أهداف الإمارة .
وأعربت الدكتورة باتريشيا مكارني عن سعادتها ونيابة عن فريق عمل المجلس العالمي لبيانات المدينة بأن يقدم لإمارة عجمان شهادة WCCD ISO 37120 من المستوى البلاتيني والتي تمثل المستوى الأعلى من شهادة WCCD مما يعكس مدى التزام الإمارة بمستقبل أكثر استدامة وازدهارًا وشمولاً لمواطنيها إضافة إلى التزامها أيضا بأن تصبح من أوائل المتبنين لمعياري WCCD الأحدث - ISO 37122 "مؤشرات المدن الذكية" و ISO 37123 "مؤشرات المدن المرنة".
وأكدت أنه بذلك تنضم عجمان ضمن المدن الرائدة في بياناتها على مستوى العالم وتسعى حاليا للحصول على شهادات بموجب سلسلة مجموعة معايير WCCD ISO 37120 فإمارة عجمان الآن في وضع يمكنها من أن تصبح واحدة من أوائل المدن على مستوى العالم التي تحصل على هذه الشهادات.
وتقدمت بالتهنئة أولاً لإمارة عجمان وإلى سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي .. مشيرة إلى أن قيادة والتزام سموه بهذا العمل الحاسم يمثلان مثالا متميزا يحتذى به في جميع أنحاء العالم. وتقدمت بالتهنئة إلى الدكتورة هاجر سعيد الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية وفريقها الذين يعزى هذا المستوى الأعلى من الشهادات إلى تفانيهم والتزامهم.

يذكر أن المجلس العالمي لبيانات المدن هو منظمة معنية بتعزيز جودة البيانات الحضرية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية الخاصة بالمدن حول العالم وتهدف إلى إيجاد منصة موحدة تستعرض البيانات والمقارنة المعيارية بين المدن المشاركة بحيث يمكن توظيف هذه المؤشرات في وضع الخطط وقياس الأداء الحضري والتنموي بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة للسكان.

An official delegation from the Ajman Statistics Center participated in the Data and AI Conference – Europe 2025, held in London from October 13 to 17, 2025. Recognized as one of Europe’s premier specialized events, the conference explored the latest advancements and emerging trends in data management, AI ethics, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Humaid bin Rashid reviews results of Household Income & Expenditure Survey in Ajman

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, reviewed the results of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey in Ajman for 2024 and the first half of 2025, through a detailed presentation prepared by the Ajman Statistics Centre. H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi affirmed that the survey results are a pivotal tool for understanding the living, social, and economic reality, and represent an essential foundation for developing developmental plans that enhance quality of life and support the path of sustainable development in the emirate. The Ruler of Ajman praised the efforts of the Ajman Statistics Centre in preparing studies and surveys that provide comprehensive data reflecting various social and economic aspects of the emirate, in a way that contributes to the development of services, ensures that citizens’ needs are met, and raises their standard of living. The survey aims to provide accurate data on income and consumption patterns in the emirate, enabling policymakers to design balanced development policies and strengthen initiatives to improve the living standards and quality of life of families in Ajman in the coming years. H.H. the Ruler of Ajman also listened to a detailed explanation of the survey results presented by Dr. Hajar Al Habishi, Director- General of the Ajman Statistics Centre. The presentation included comprehensive analyses of quality of life, social and economic well-being in the emirate, and details of spending on education and health sectors, in addition to identifying families’ self-sufficiency thresholds, consumption patterns, and living habits in Ajman. The presentation further included in-depth results on the demographic characteristics of families in the emirate, living standards, income sources, daily living costs, as well as the classification of families by different categories. It also highlighted the needs of some special cases among Emirati families, and presented practical proposals to strengthen a culture of saving and promote financial investment. The survey concluded with a set of recommendations focusing on enhancing social support networks, primarily by empowering low-income families and ensuring they receive their basic needs. The recommendations also emphasized encouraging Emirati families to launch private economic projects by providing incentives and financing programs that support their active participation in the labor market. On a related note, H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid also reviewed the Marriage and Divorce Report for 2024 and the first half of 2025, which showed a significant increase in the number of marriage contracts alongside a decline in divorce rates — a positive indicator of the stability of family and community fabric in the emirate.

Agreement of Cooperation between Ajman Statistics Center and Al Ittihad Charity Foundation to Enhance Data-Driven Social Impact

As part of strengthening collaboration between government entities and community institutions, the Ajman Statistics Center has signed a cooperation agreement with Al Ittihad Charity Foundation. This strategic step aims to support institutional integration, exchange expertise and knowledge, and leverage statistical data to serve charitable and community initiatives—thereby enhancing the effectiveness of development programs and ensuring a sustainable impact that benefits the local community. The signing ceremony took place at the Ajman Statistics Center headquarters, in the presence of officials from both sides. The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Hajar Saeed Al Habsi, Director General of Ajman Statistics Center, and H.E. Hareb Salem Al Aryani, Secretary General of Al Ittihad Charity Foundation. This partnership stems from the belief of both parties in the importance of integrating statistical work with community initiatives, and in the necessity of employing accurate data to support charitable efforts, improve the efficiency of social programs, and allocate resources optimally to achieve maximum positive impact on target groups.
