مركز الإحصاء والتنافسية بعجمان ينظم رحلة للموظفين إلى سفاري الشارقة

ضمن فعاليات احتفالية مركز الإحصاء والتنافسية بعجمان بيوم السعادة العالمي قام بتنظيم رحلة ترفيهية لموظفيه لحديقة سفاري الشارقة حيث يعتبر المركز أول جهة حكومية في إمارة عجمان تزور سفاري الشارقة ، و شارك فيها عدداً من الموظفين والعاملين بالمركز، وذلك للتخفيف من أعباء العمل وكسر الروتين مما يؤثر بشكل إيجابي على طاقتهم الإنتاجية وكذلك من أجل تعريف الموظفين بمعالم الشارقة الجديدة والاستمتاع بها، حيث تعتبر حديقة سفاري الشارقة وجهة سياحية جديدة، دشنها صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي عضو المجلس الأعلى للاتحاد، حاكم الشارقة، في 17 فبراير 2022. وتشكل فرصة نادرة للسياح والزوار للاطلاع على طبيعة الحياة البرية في إفريقيا، ويتيح مشاهدة الحيوانات الأفريقية من دون أسوار، ضمن بيئة مماثلة لبيئتها الطبيعية؛ فهو يحتضن أكثر من 120 نوع من الحيوانات، التي تعيش في إفريقيا وما يصل إلى 50000 حيوان، تتنوع بين الطيور و الزواحف والثدييات ومن خلال الرحلة استطاع الموظفين زيارة بيئات الحديقة المختلفة.

وأكدت الدكتور هاجر الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز الإحصاء والتنافسية بعجمان "تزامناً مع اليوم العالمي للسعادة وحرصاً من إدارة المركز في أن يضع تعزيز قيم السعادة والإيجابية في مقدمة أهدافه من خلال ترسيخ مفهوم السعادة ضمن أالأنشطة التي ينظمها في بيئة العمل للموظفين باعتبار السعادة أسلوب حياة في مجتمع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتوفير البيئة الملائمة لتحقيق أعلى نسب في السعادة الوظيفية وذلك بالاستناد للبرنامج الوطني للسعادة وجودة الحياة.
وحرصاً على تعزيز قيم التآلف والتكاتف بين الموظفين والعاملين حرصنا على تنظيم رحلة ترفيهية لسفاري الشارقة، وذلك لتحقيق أعلى معدلات الرضا وتحسين مستويات الإنتاجية في بيئة تواصل إيجابية تكون ركيزة أساسية في تحقيق أهداف المركز الاستراتيجية.كما قمنا بتوفير الباقة الذهبية لدخول الحديقة للموظفين حيث قضوا أوقاتاً مرحة في جميع بيئات السفاري الموجودة بالحديقة مع مرشد خاص،
وأعرب موظفو المركز عن سعادتهم بهذه الرحلة والتي اكتملت بحسن تعامل موظفين سفاري الشارقة وتعاونهم في وترحيبهم كما شهدت الرحلة الكثير من الأجواء التفاعلية والرائعة وأسهمت في تعزيز التفاعل الإيجابي خارج بيئة العمل، وذلك عبر توطيد الأواصر بين الموظفين بما ينعكس على بيئة العمل الداخلية.

Humaid bin Rashid Directs Enhancing Community Awareness of Endowments in Ajman

His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman , has directed to enhance community awareness of the endowments and their role in achieving the sustainable development in the society, contributing to the launch of new endowment projects and initiatives in the emirate. This directive came during the review by His Highness the Ruler of Ajman and His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, of the results of the "Endowments in the Emirate of Ajman for the year 2023" report prepared by Ajman Statistics Center.
