عمار النعيمي : التعداد السكاني أساس التخطيط التنموي في عجمان

أطلع سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي ولي عهد عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي وبحضور الشيخ راشد بن حميد النعيمي رئيس دائرة البلدية والتخطيط رئيس اللجنة العليا للتعداد السجلي في إمارة عجمان على انجاز مشروع التعداد السجلي و النتائج الأولية لمنصة العد الذاتي ولوحة المؤشرات الإحصائية،حيث تم توفير بيانات إحصائية أساسية عن السكان المقيمين بالامارة سواء كانوا مواطنين او غير مواطنين وخصائصهم الديموغرافية والإجتماعية .

وأكد سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد أن التعداد السكاني اساس التخطيط التنموي وأن البيانات تحظى بأهمية كبيرة كونها من أهم الأدوات التي تساهم في تسهيل مشاريع التنمية العمرانية والتخطيط الاجتماعي والاقتصادي ويساعد على تنمية المجتمع من خلال وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لكافة القطاعات الخدمة والحيوية من أجل تحقيق الرفاهية وسبل الحياة المثلى للمواطنين والمقيمين على أرض الإمارة.

جاء ذلك خلال لقاء سموه اليوم في مكتبه بديوان الحاكم بالدكتور المهندس سعيد سيف المطروشي الأمين العام للمجلس التنفيذي لامارة عجمان والدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية واستمع منهما على اخر نتائج استجابة المجتمع والتي بلغت نسبتها مستويات عالية جداً وشملت نتائج البيانات كافة مناطق امارة عجمان بما فيها مصفوت والمنامة وتمت التغطية الجغرافية للمناطق بالامارة بنسبة 100%.

وقال الشيخ راشد بن حميد النعيمي إن مشروع التعداد السجلي ومنصة العد الذاتي يحظى بإهتمام ودعم صاحب السمو الشيخ حميد بن راشد النعيمي عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم عجمان وولي عهده سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي لإيمان سموهما بأهميته في توفير كافة البيانات والمعلومات الدقيقة التي تدعم صنع القرار .

وأضاف أن مشروع التعداد السجلي يعد من المشاريع الاحصائية التي اطلقها مركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية في عام 2020 حسب التوصيات الدولية وذلك من أجل دعم وتوفير إحصاءات منسقة ذات جودة عالية تخدم عملية اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة، فالتخطيط السليم يبدأ من توفر البيانات الدقيقة، وان نمو الاقتصادات العالمية مبنى على أسس معرفي وحصر شامل لكافة المواد البشرية والمادية المتاحة وكيفية الاستغلال الأمثل هذه الموارد.

واوضح أن التعداد السجلي يعتمد على السجلات الادارية للجهات الحكومية المختلفة بالامارة وان منهجية التعداد تهدف الى جمع البيانات الإحصائية من السجلات الادارية لدى الجهات الحكومية المعنية من اجل انتاج المؤشرات والبيانات الاحصائية بصفة انية.حيث تم ربط الكتروني بين قواعد بيانات مركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية مع السجلات الإدارية بالدوائر الحكومية المحلية والمستقلة بالامارة. وان التعداد السجلي يمثل نقلة نوعية لما يوفره من بيانات إحصائية تساهم في تعزيز جودة حياة والارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات الحكومية المقدمة في الإمارة.

وعرضت الدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية النتائج الأولية لمنصة العد الذاتي والتي تعد ضمن مشروع التعداد السجلي والذي يهدف إلى إنشاء سجل مركزي لبيانات السكان والمباني والمساكن والمنشآت والحصول على بيانات ذات جودة عالية وتغطية شاملة ومحدثة يحيث تم تطبيق أفضل وأبرز الممارسات والمنهجيات والتوصيات الدولية في عملية التحول الإحصائي الرقمي لعملية جمع البيانات في التعداد السجلي لسجل السكان والمساكن والمباني والمنشآت،وشملت النتائج الأولية للمنصة بيانات الأفراد "المواطنين وغير المواطنين" المتواجدين داخل حدود إمارة عجمان ومن ضمنها مدينة عجمان ومنطقة مصفوت والمنامة وخصائصهم الديموغرافية. ويقوم المركز حاليا بمرحلة اجراءات ضبط جودة النتائج من اجل وتدقيقها والتاكد من استيفاء واستكمال الافراد والاسر البيانات المطلوبة.

وكشفت الدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي عن اطلاق لوحة المؤشرات الإحصائية والتي تقوم بتوفير قاعدة مؤشرات إحصائية متكاملة ولحظية تمكن من متابعة التطورات التنموية على مستوى المناطق في إمارة عجمان والتي تساعد في رسم الخطط والسياسات العامة من خطط وبرامج للارتقاء الحضاري وعرض البيانات الإحصائية واتاحتها للمستخدمين بطريقة تفاعلية ولحظية وجذابة لتمثيل المعلومات الإحصائية وتطبيق أحدث معايير النشر الإحصائي وذلك باستخدام أحدث التقنيات المتوفرة ودعم مبادرة البيانات المفتوحة التي تتبناها دولة الإمارات والأمم المتحدة بالاضافة الى تعظيم الاستفادة من مخرجات نتائج منصة العد الذاتي.

وجاءت هذه المبادرة تحقيقاً للأهداف الاستراتيجية لمركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية والمتمثلة في بناء منظومة إدارة البيانات وتعزيز مستوى الأداء في التقارير التنافسية وتطوير المنتجات المعرفية وبناء نظام إحصائي متكامل يهدف إلى إتاحة الوصول لكل البيانات الإحصائية وذلك تعزيزاً لمبدأ الانفتاح والشفافية التي ينتهجها المركز في وقت أصبحت فيه البيانات الإحصائية مقياساً لتقدم الدول كما أنها تعتبر الأداة الضرورية لاتخاذ القرارات السليمة في رسم السياسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتنموية ومصدراً أساسياً لتوجيه ورسم الخطط والبرامج الحكومية.

وفي نهاية الاجتماع، قدم سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي ولي عهد عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي جزيل شكره وتقديره لفريق العمل من موظفي مركز عجمان للإحصاء والتنافسية على جهودهم الطيبة وتفانيهم بالعمل ومساهمتهم الفعالة من اجل انجاز هذا العمل الرائع.

Ajman Harvests Three " ISO Cities" Certifications for 2025 for the Second Consecutive Year

Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, received the three " ISO City" specifications Certifications issued by the World Council on City Data (WCCD). This affirms the emirate's ongoing commitment to achieving sustainable urban development. The certifications included: ISO 37120 Platinum Certification for Sustainable Cities and Quality of Life, received by Ajman for the third consecutive time; ISO 37122 Smart Cities Certification; and ISO 37123 Resilient Cities Certification. Thus, Ajman has become a pioneer in achieving these three certifications simultaneously in a single year, for the second consecutive year, reflecting Ajman's leading global position among smart and resilient cities. The emirate has also recently joined the new international standard, namely; "ISO Environmental, Social, and Governance Sustainability," which is a significant step that affirms Ajman's commitment to providing an advanced urban environment that balances economic, social, and environmental development and adopts accurate and internationally recognized indicators to measure the urban performance and guide policies toward sustainable development. The handover ceremony was attended by a number of senior officials and general managers from local and federal government agencies in the emirate. Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said: "We are proud of Ajman's qualitative achievements and its receipt of international certifications for quality of life indicators and smart and resilient cities. We are committed and will continue to develop modern infrastructure, smart government services, and development initiatives focused on sustainability and a well-being for the emirate's community". This has enabled the emirate to achieve qualitative leaps in measuring and developing relevant performance indicators. He noted that the emirate's receipt of these prestigious certifications reflects the fruits of the efforts of all government work teams and the emirate's commitment to continuous improvement in accordance with the highest international standards adopted in the indicator measurement system. The emirate of Ajman obtained these prestigious certifications after completing the evaluation process in accordance with approved international standards, and satisfying more than 170 indicators in the economic, developmental, urban, social, environmental, technical, and service aspects, the thing which enabled the emirate to maintain its advanced ranking on the World City Index platform, accredited by the international organization. Her Excellency Dr. Hajar Al Hubaishi, Director General of Ajman Statistics Center, emphasized that the approved indicators are not limited to measuring performance alone, but rather represent strategic tools that enable the emirate to formulate development policies that respond to realities and keep pace with changes. This supports the achievement of sustainable development goals through accurate local indicators supported by statistical analysis and scientific standards. She noted that this achievement is the result of a series of fruitful meetings with the international organization and the relevant authorities, in addition to the ongoing cooperation with more than 20 local and federal entities, including 11 that directly contributed to providing the indicators necessary for the renewal of certification. The ISO 37120 standard for sustainable cities and quality of life indicators covers 19 key themes, encompassing most development sectors such as education, health, housing, economy, transportation, water, energy, entertainment, governance, and security. This standard has enabled the Emirate of Ajman to compare its indicators with other global cities. The ISO 37122 Smart Cities standard complements this framework by providing indicators to measure the development of smart services, the efficiency of digital technology use, the effectiveness of government communication with residents, and areas of urban and economic innovation, enhancing a city's readiness for comprehensive smart transformation. The ISO 37123 Resilient Cities standard measures a city's ability to prepare for and respond to crises, such as natural disasters and social, economic, and environmental pressures. This standard , also, helps to support decision-making, develop preventive policies, and enhance a city's ability to recover and achieve long-term sustainability. It is worthy to note that the World Council on City Data (WCCD) is an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of urban, economic, and social statistics for cities around the world. It aims to enable cities to use these indicators in developing plans and measuring urban and development performance, thus contributing to enhancing the quality of life for residents. At the conclusion of the event, Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi honored the government agencies that contributed to this achievement, praising their dedication and team spirit. He emphasized that building the city of the future requires integrated efforts and a culture of innovation and proactivity.

Humaid bin Rashid Reviews the Endowments Report in Ajman

His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, reviewed a statistical report on the status of endowments in the Emirate of Ajman. The session was held in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council. The report, prepared by the Ajman Statistics Center in collaboration with relevant entities, was presented by Dr. Hajar Al Habishi, Director General of the Ajman Statistics Center. It included comprehensive statistics on the types of endowments, their value, and generated revenues. The report aims to highlight key endowment-related statistics by collecting and analyzing relevant data, standardizing classifications across concerned authorities, and supporting strategic planning for the development of endowment projects within the emirate.
