عجمان تحصد 3 شهادات عالمية لآيزو المدن

نيابة عن سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي ولي عهد عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي، تسلم الشيخ حميد بن عمار النعيمي الشهادة البلاتينية لمواصفة “آيزو المدن المستدامة وجودة الحياة ISO 37120"، وشهادة "آيزو المدن المرنةISO 37123"، وشهادة "آيزو المدن الذكية ISO 37122" لعام 2022، والتي حصلت عليهم إمارة عجمان من المجلس العالمي لايزو المدن لتكون عجمان بذلك أول إمارة في دولة الإمارات، والأولى في الشرق الأوسط، والسابعة عالمياً التي تحصل على ثلاث شهادات لآيزو المدن العالمية مجتمعةً في نفس العام.

جاء ذلك خلال مراسم تسليم الشهادات في فندق عجمان سراي ، صباح اليوم، بحضور سعادة الدكتورة باتريشيا مكارني رئيسة المجلس العالمي لبيانات المدن - الذي يتخذ كندا مقرا له ، وعدد من مديري الدوائر الحكومية بإمارة عجمان وكبار المسؤولين.

وقال سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي إننا سعداء وفخورون بتحقيق إمارة عجمان لهذا الإنجاز الجديد والنوعي، والذي يضاف إلى سجل إنجازاتها باعتبارها أول إمارة في دولة الإمارات، والأولى في الشرق الأوسط، والسابعة عالمياً التي تحصل ثلاث شهادات لآيزو المدن العالمية، مترجمةً بذلك الجهود المضنية والحثيثة التي تبذلها الإمارة وشركاؤها تجاه مواطنيها وسعادة مجتمعها بكافة أطيافه، ويؤكد حرصنا على رفعة الإمارة وخدمة مصالح مجتمعها.

وأضاف سموه بأن تطوير الخدمات الحكومية وفق أعلى وأحدث المعايير، وتحسين جودة حياة القاطنين في الإمارة، وضمان سعادتهم، هي في مقدمة أولوياتنا، واليوم مع هذا التقدير العالمي فإننا نعلن عن مواصلة خططنا التنموية الشاملة التي تساهم في تحقيق مؤشرات جاذبية الإمارة بشكل مستدام، وتحافظ على عجمان كمدينة عالمية مرنة وذكية تتمتع بخدمات رائدة وببنية تحتية عصرية.

وأشاد الشيخ حميد بن عمار النعيمي بتعاون الجهات المعنية في هذا الإنجاز، ودور مركز عجمان للإحصاء في دعم صناع القرار من خلال توفير العديد من الإحصائيات الدولية كمؤشرات جاذبية عجمان، ورفع مستوى التبادل المعرفي والخبرات، وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية في مجال الإحصاءات وقياس المؤشرات، مما ساهم في استيفاء ثلاث مواصفات آيزو المدن والتي تعتبر واحدة من أهم الشهادات المعترف بها عالمياً.

ويأتي الحصول على هذه الشهادات بعد تطبيق المواصفات القياسية في قياس مؤشرات أداء المدن لمواصفات آيزو المدن المستدامة، والمرنة، والذكية، والتيتشمل أكثر عن 150 مؤشراً في مختلف الجوانب الاقتصادية، والتنموية،والحضرية، والصحية، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بمنهجية القياس المعتمدة لدى المنظمة الدولية.

وقدمت سعادة الدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي، المدير التنفيذي لمركز عجمان للإحصاء شرحا وافيا عن رحلة الإمارة في قياس المؤشرات ضمن المنهجية المعتمدة، وأهمية تعاون الجهات المحلية والاتحادية، ودورها في توفير المؤشرات الرئيسية المطلوبة.

وقالت الحبيشي إن ما تحقق من إنجاز هو ثمرة جهود مشاركة 25 جهة محلية واتحادية، مشيرة إلى أنه تم عقد أكثر من 30 اجتماعاً مع المنظمة والجهات المعنية، وأكثر من 1600 ساعة عمل استغرقها فريق عمل المركز، بهدف الارتقاء بالعمل وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في كافة أوجه ومجالات العمل والحياة، ومواءمة ومواكبة متطلبات المواصفات العالمية مع أنظمة العمل المؤسسي لرفع مستوى الأداء والارتقاء بالأنظمة المطبقة لبناء نظام إحصائي يضمن وجود علاقات تعاون فعالة وناجحة مع الشركاء بما يحقق المنفعة المتبادلة للجميع.

وأوضحت أن أهمية حصول الإمارة على سلسلة آيزو المدن القياسية، ومنظومة إصدار شهاداتها العالمية، يكمن في قدرة المدينة على التحقق من تلبية المعايير القياسية، وذلك وفق تقارير سنوية منتظمة مصادقاً عليها من المجلس العالمي لبيانات المدن، تمكننا من احتساب المؤشرات، وتحليلها، والوقف على سياسات واستراتيجيات تنموية وتطويرية للإمارة، وذلك من خلال المقارنة العالمية مع المدن الأخرى ، كما تساعدنا على تكريس الاستثمار بطريقة مناسبة لتطوير المدن الذكية والمرنة وتقديم صورة واضحة لنتائج الاستثمار في البنية التحتية، بالإضافة إلى تمكين المدن من إضفاء الطابع المحلي الفعال على أهداف الأمم المتحدة للتنمية المستدامة، وتجهيزها بمؤشرات لحساب التقدم المحرز.

من جانبها أعربت سعادة الدكتورة باتريشيا مكارني عن سعادتها بتقديم شهادة ISO 37120 من المستوى البلاتيني، وشهادة ISO 37122، وشهادة ISO 37123، لإمارة عجمان مما يعكس مدى التزام الإمارة بمستقبل أكثر استدامة، وازدهارا، وشمولا لمواطنيها. وتقدمت بالتهنئة إلى سمو الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي، والدكتورة هاجر الحبيشي، وفريق مركز عجمان للإحصاء، والجهات الحكومية المحلية والاتحادية، بحصول عجمان على "الشهادة الثلاثية"، وذلك بعد تحقيقها لجميع معايير الأيزو الثلاثة في سلسلة آيزو المدن37120، للمدن المستدامة والذكية والمرنة.

وأضافت الدكتورة باتريشيا بأنها تتشرف بدعم إمارة عجمان في المشروع العالمي لمكتب الأمم المتحدة، للحد من أخطار الكوارث، حيث أكدت أن عجمان مدينة مهمة في الشبكة العالمية للمدن المشاركة في مشروع المدن المرنة. وأعربت عن تطلعها لاستمرار نمو هذه العلاقة المهمة بين مركز عجمان للإحصاء والمجلس العالمي للمدن من أجل ازدهار العمل المشترك.

وتغطي المواصفة القياسية "آيزو 37120" لمؤشرات المدن المستدامة وجودة الحياة 19 موضوعاً رئيساً تشمل معظم القطاعات المرتبطة بالتنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات المحلية وتضم المرافق العامة والتعليم والصحة والإسكان والتخطيط الحضري والنقل والاقتصاد والطاقة والبيئة والأمن والترفيه والحوكمة والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ وإدارة الأزمات والكوارث وقد انضمت إمارة عجمان إلى أكثر من 100 مدينة حول العالم والتي تستعرض مؤشراتها الحضرية على المنصة العالمية.

وتستكمل المواصفة القياسية "آيزو المدن الذكية 37122"، مؤشرات المدن المستدامة، وذلك من خلال وضع تعاريف ومنهجيات تساهم في تحسين أوضاع المدن بالجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والاستجابة للتحديات مثل التغير المناخي، وسرعة النمو السكاني، ووضع خطط للعمل على تحسين كيفية عمل المدن بشكل أساسي، واستخدام المعلومات والتقنيات الحديثة في قياس مستوى تطور المدينة، ومدى جذبها للاستثمارات، واستخدامها للتكنولوجيا الرقمية لتعزيز جودة حياة الأفراد وكفاءة التشغيل، وتمكينهم من الاستفادة من الموارد المتاحة، ومن المشاركة الفاعلة في اتخاذ القرار.

وتقيس المواصفة القياسية "آيزو المدن المرنة 37123"، مؤشرات مدى قدرة المدينة على إدارة وتخفيف الضغوط البشرية والطبيعية المستمرة، ومدى قدرتها على التعافي من الصدمات والضغوط في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة فعالة، مع التركيز على ضمان الاستمرارية أو الاستعادة السريعة للخدمات، وتهدف المواصفة إلى معرفة مدى مرونة الإمارة واستعدادها لأي طارئ بناءً على مؤشرات عالمية موحدة.

يذكر أن المجلس العالمي لبيانات المدن، هو منظمة معنية بتعزيز جودة الإحصاءات الحضرية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية الخاصة بالمدن حول العالم، وتهدف إلى تمكين المدن من توظيف هذه المؤشرات في وضع الخطط وقياس الأداء الحضري والتنموي بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة للسكان.

Humaid bin Rashid reviews results of Household Income & Expenditure Survey in Ajman

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, reviewed the results of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey in Ajman for 2024 and the first half of 2025, through a detailed presentation prepared by the Ajman Statistics Centre. H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi affirmed that the survey results are a pivotal tool for understanding the living, social, and economic reality, and represent an essential foundation for developing developmental plans that enhance quality of life and support the path of sustainable development in the emirate. The Ruler of Ajman praised the efforts of the Ajman Statistics Centre in preparing studies and surveys that provide comprehensive data reflecting various social and economic aspects of the emirate, in a way that contributes to the development of services, ensures that citizens’ needs are met, and raises their standard of living. The survey aims to provide accurate data on income and consumption patterns in the emirate, enabling policymakers to design balanced development policies and strengthen initiatives to improve the living standards and quality of life of families in Ajman in the coming years. H.H. the Ruler of Ajman also listened to a detailed explanation of the survey results presented by Dr. Hajar Al Habishi, Director- General of the Ajman Statistics Centre. The presentation included comprehensive analyses of quality of life, social and economic well-being in the emirate, and details of spending on education and health sectors, in addition to identifying families’ self-sufficiency thresholds, consumption patterns, and living habits in Ajman. The presentation further included in-depth results on the demographic characteristics of families in the emirate, living standards, income sources, daily living costs, as well as the classification of families by different categories. It also highlighted the needs of some special cases among Emirati families, and presented practical proposals to strengthen a culture of saving and promote financial investment. The survey concluded with a set of recommendations focusing on enhancing social support networks, primarily by empowering low-income families and ensuring they receive their basic needs. The recommendations also emphasized encouraging Emirati families to launch private economic projects by providing incentives and financing programs that support their active participation in the labor market. On a related note, H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid also reviewed the Marriage and Divorce Report for 2024 and the first half of 2025, which showed a significant increase in the number of marriage contracts alongside a decline in divorce rates — a positive indicator of the stability of family and community fabric in the emirate.

Agreement of Cooperation between Ajman Statistics Center and Al Ittihad Charity Foundation to Enhance Data-Driven Social Impact

As part of strengthening collaboration between government entities and community institutions, the Ajman Statistics Center has signed a cooperation agreement with Al Ittihad Charity Foundation. This strategic step aims to support institutional integration, exchange expertise and knowledge, and leverage statistical data to serve charitable and community initiatives—thereby enhancing the effectiveness of development programs and ensuring a sustainable impact that benefits the local community. The signing ceremony took place at the Ajman Statistics Center headquarters, in the presence of officials from both sides. The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Hajar Saeed Al Habsi, Director General of Ajman Statistics Center, and H.E. Hareb Salem Al Aryani, Secretary General of Al Ittihad Charity Foundation. This partnership stems from the belief of both parties in the importance of integrating statistical work with community initiatives, and in the necessity of employing accurate data to support charitable efforts, improve the efficiency of social programs, and allocate resources optimally to achieve maximum positive impact on target groups.
